**Summary**

As a Sales Associate at Bone & Biscuit The Well, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while promoting our premium pet products. Your passion for pets and knowledge of our offerings will help create a welcoming environment for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their needs and inquiries.
- Promote and sell high-quality natural pet foods and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle cashier duties accurately and efficiently during transactions.
- Organize & restock merchandise displays
- Highlight promotions and new arrivals.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about our offerings.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer trust.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in the pet industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage with customers and provide knowledgeable recommendations.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour
