In this role, you'll manage daily administrative tasks for our logistics team and handle all claims processing. As a Driver Services/Claims Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining audit compliance in Driver documentation/paperwork.
- Assisting in Driver scheduling, payroll, dispatching, and incident/accident resolution.
- Reviewing claims submitted to ensure correct policies/coverages.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all claims and related documentation.
- Collecting and reviewing all relevant documentation such as shipping records, invoices, photos of damaged goods, customer correspondence to support the claim process.
- Completing reports and analysis via trucking software.
- Initiating, creating, and updating data into logistics software.
- Monitoring and following up with Customs Brokers to ensure documents are completed, filed and accepted.
- Ensuring that the Drivers have the correct paperwork, following and staying on time according to their driving schedule.

Your qualifications:

- You have past experience in customer service.
- You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
- You are organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Post-secondary education in Supply chain field is considered an asset.
