As part of the commercial strategy functions within marketing and sales, you will also work closely with revenue management and business intelligence, collaborating with fun colleagues and bright minds.

As a Data Analyst - Sales Enablement, You Will:

- Assist the Sales group in improving their skills in data understanding, utilization, tracking performance, and leveraging data to manage their accounts.
- Gather, analyze, and structure competitive data & insights, communicating market dynamics, competitors' positioning, and emerging trends.
- Create, consolidate, implement, and maintain dashboards supporting Sales KPIs, leveraging Power BI and other tools, while adhering to best practices in visualization.
- Manage the solution's evolution by capturing, prioritizing a features backlog, and releasing improvements.
- Work closely with the business intelligence, revenue management team, and marketing.
- Actively participate in forecasting, budget planning, monthly account reviews, and quarterly team alignment meetings.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

- 3+ years of experience in visualization development or as a developer on BI projects.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Sciences, Engineering).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and familiarity with database systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel.
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to present data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a sales role, or has familiarity with sales processes and pipeline management.
