We’re now at a point in our growth as a company that we’re looking for an HR Generalist to help strengthen and support our culture, and to provide the administrative assistance that our teams require. As our HR Generalist, you will be responsible for organizing and executing various human resource functions - such as legislative compliance, internal communications, and tracking and reporting on various metrics. Additionally, you would provide support to our Managers and Team Members on our policies and provide guidance on how to best handle situations, as well as providing valued feedback and business recommendations to our Senior Management Team. We have existing HR software in place that services all four locations and our Team Members, and can be utilized to assist you in your role. This position would allow the flexibility of a hybrid working situation - a blend of physical in dealership attendance as well as working remotely from home.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
