**Shipping / Receiving / Material Handling**

An established home décor/tableware distributor in Markham requires experienced warehouse staff to add to its full time warehouse workforce.

Energetic, conscientious, reliable individuals with a solid command of English, both written and verbal are required. Individuals must be comfortable lifting up to 22 kg (50 lbs.). Interested individuals must be able to work independently and with others in an active environment.

Positions are available immediately.

Pay rate will be based on level of experience

**Job description**

Individuals that are looking for FT work Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm. Hours may extend in peak season until 5pm. (Must be available to work 35-40 hours per week) in the following areas:

- **Shipping**
- Helping to process orders, skid up product and arrange carriers for daily pickups
- **Receiving**
- Unload, sort, skid and count incoming product with the ability to accurately input information onto receiving documents.
- **Material Handler**
- Assist with pick line maintenance (shifting/stocking etc) and general movement of goods.
- **Order Picking**
- Following printed picklist to pick and pack customer orders for shipping.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Shipping & Receiving Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
