Our service department, headquartered out of our Maple Ridge location, is the largest and most experienced accessibility trained service department in British Columbia and covers the entire Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island as well as the Okanagan region.

We currently have an immediate career opportunity for a new trainee apprentice to compliment our expanding service team. We are looking for energetic, punctual employees who are eager to learn new skills and advance in a rewarding career as a Certified Accessibility and Private Residence Lift Technician (TSBC H-Class Certified).

As a Certified Accessibility and Private Residence Lift Technician, you will be enrolled in a two-year Technical Safety BC accredited program and be provided with all the training materials, in class and hands on training required to become a fully certified H-Class Mechanic. Throughout the apprenticeship training you will be introduced to and trained on performing maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of all types of commercial and residential accessibility lifts as well residential home elevators.

- Must work well independently and in a team setting.
- Should possess good mechanical and/or electrical skills.
- Have experience in troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Ability to read layout drawings and electrical schematics.
- Must have minimum Class 5 license with clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to successfully complete additional training on an ongoing basis.
- Follow and participate in all safety training and requirements.
- Have completed grade 12 education (minimum)
