**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop project plans and specifications.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
- Understand detailed construction estimates.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication among all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with civil engineering software such as Civil 3D is a plus.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
