Job description

My Fireplace/Coad Heating is seeking to hire a full-time licensed G3 Technician. Join a growing family owned and operated company which has been in business for over 25 years.
- Must hold a valid G3 or G2 Gas Technician license
- Willingness to learn and be able to take direction well
- Experience installing gas fireplaces an asset but not required. Will Train
- Valid Ontario Drivers license
- Drivers Abstract will be completed
- Must possess excellent customer service skills, strong problem solving and time management skills
- Knowledge of workplace safety and Working at Heights training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work individually and with a team
- must be punctual and dependable
- Perform installations of gas, wood and electric fireplaces and related product to the highest standard and manufacturer specifications. This is a helper position to a lead installer.
- Instruct homeowners on proper care and operation of equipment
- Complete all required paperwork, work orders as per company policy and remit daily
- Represent My Fireplace/Coad in a professional, and customer service oriented manner at each appointment
