Creative Outdoor Advertising, a leader in outdoor advertising across Canada and the U.S. since 1984 is looking for:
**A HANDY PERSON TO MAINTAIN STREET FURNITURE SITES IN BURNABY, BRITISH COLUMBIA**

**Pay information**:Earnings are approximately $3,500 a month for around 12.5 hours a week of work. As you perform site visits, you scan each unit and you are paid per scan. The pay structure is a pay-for-performance or piece work basis. There is an opportunity for additional earnings for extra service requests, things like sign installs and various repairs.

This is a part-time permanent opportunity with remote training provided throughout.

**Job Duties**:

- perform site visits checking for repairs and cleanliness
- operate a scanner to show completed work
- take before and after photos of the site
- sign installations
- general maintenance and upkeep of the furniture
- seasonal grounds maintenance like snow removal and weed trimming

**You need**:

- valid driver’s license
- truck (or large SUV or van)
- enjoy working outdoors and possibly at night (to minimize travel time)
- have power tools (and know how to use them)
- comfort with a Samsung Galaxy smartphone to operate your scanner
