We are seeking a motivated Junior Service Advisor to join our team in Carleton Place. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our mission of delivering outstanding automotive services.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and assess their service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage customer inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about services and repairs.
- Assist in upselling additional services to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely vehicle repairs.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and dealership promotions.
- **Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an automotive dealership environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Hours to be: 10 am - 7 pm Monday-Friday, 8-4 Saturday. You would be required to work 1 Saturday per month and then would have the following Friday off in lieu.

Pay: $60,000.00-$66,228.15 per year
