**Conversational AI Specialist**

JD:

- 10+ years’ Experience as architect in conversation AI and Contact Center Transformations

Good exposure gathering requirements from business teams and performed business facing roles.
- Experience designing and implementing conversational and voice bots for various channels
- Experience in designing/developing user centric conversation experiences involving chat, text, or voicestrong understanding of sentiment analysis, Intent classification, dialog flows, personality insight, Text to Speech, Speech to Text
- Sound knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure)
- Integrate APIs using NodeJS and Python
- Hands on builder experience, able to learn through building and reduce solution ambiguity through targeted prototype development and testing
- Able to effectively present and defend point of view to a variety of audiences using visualization
- Proficient at collaboration and building trusted relationships with cross functional teams
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving skills
- Strong Analytical skills

Nice to have:

- Generative AI experience

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to $83.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Machine learning: 1 year (preferred)
