**WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN**

The Warehouse Technician will primarily be responsible for both preparing and returning audio
- visual and event equipment in company warehouses. This position will also be responsible for assisting in maintaining, tracking, updating and organizing the contents of the warehouse to ensure inventory is available and packaged appropriately for future events. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is comprised with varied hours including mornings, evenings, nights and weekends. This position is based out of our Ottawa warehouse and is in-person/on-site.

Key Duties

Logistics & Transportation (50%)
- Execute transportation of equipment to and from event venues as necessary.
- Execute pickups and drop-offs of equipment to and from rental vendors.
- Act as the Bespoke Audio Visual liaison to clients, vendors and event venue staff during pickups/drop-offs and positively uphold the standards of the Bespoke AV brand.
- Adhere to all safety standards and laws laid out by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario as pertains to the driving of Bespoke AV leased, owned and rented vehicles.
- Observe all safety standards as noted in Bespoke AV policy as pertains to the driving of Bespoke AV leased, owned and rented vehicles.

Warehouse (50%)
- Assisting with the prep and de-prep of shows as necessary.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with general warehouse organization and upkeep.
- Maintain a sound knowledge of Flex Rental Solutions software.
- Uphold Bespoke Audio Visual safety standards at all times when executing activities in the warehouse.
- Participate in company meetings as necessary and offer ideas and solutions to warehouse/logistics challenges as they arise.
- Provide leadership and direction to freelance technicians when they are working in Bespoke’s warehouse.
- Take initiative to vocalize what systems and/or equipment you would like to become more fluent on and set goals in conjunction with the operations Team to provide training opportunities to do so.
- Set a positive example amongst colleagues by liaising with clients in a polite and professional manner and ensure that the Bespoke Audio Visual brand standards are met and exceeded.

**Working Conditions**
- Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Work in person/on-site at our Ottawa Warehouse
- Operation and use of necessary tools, machinery or equipment
- May involve extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions
- Lifting, moving, or manipulating objects up to 23 kilograms (51 lbs)

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
