**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of baked goods, including pies and cakes, and decorating (piping) desserts following established recipes and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, ensuring all surfaces and equipment are sanitized regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions regarding products.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with restocking as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

**Skills**
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
