**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Package stickers and signage according to order specifications
- Organize the shop, ensuring a clean and safe workspace
- Take out the garbage and maintain cleanliness of the shop, including floors and equipment
- Assist with loading and unloading printers
- Help with fulfilling customer orders and ensuring timely shipments
- Unload pallets of print materials (heavy lifting required)
- Perform repetitive tasks with consistent attention to detail
- Stand for extended periods during shifts while performing various duties
- Assist in setting up and operating equipment under supervision

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and standing for the duration of the shift
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of print production is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite

**Work Schedule**:
This is a full-time position with typical hours from 30-40 hours per week, with occasional overtime during peak periods.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
