Gymnastics Instructor

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of individual students and groups.
- Instruct students in various gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, uneven bars, and floor exercises.
- Educate students on the importance of safety practices during training sessions.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Organize and lead warm-up and cool-down activities to promote physical fitness.
- Maintain a clean and safe gym environment by following all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a gymnastics instructor or coach is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety practices.
- Ability to educate students effectively while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekdays.
