**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate dosages and timing.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rates.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a positive environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas to promote hygiene and safety.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating patient information to the healthcare team.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and practices.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine passion for providing quality patient care.
