We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as **Full-Time, Permanent Telecommunications Technicians** in Calgary. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in **fiber and copper cabling** or **whole-home security systems**, and we’re also open to training eager learners who want to grow in the telecommunications industry.

**What You’ll Do**
- Perform **Installation & Repair (I&R)** of copper and fiber lines for residential and small business customers
- Troubleshoot service issues for internet, phone, and data
- Complete **fiber splicing, termination, and structured cabling**:

- Work safely at heights (up to 28 ft) using ladders and rooftop access
- Deliver **excellent customer service** and ensure satisfaction
- Follow company quality and safety standards

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience in **copper and fiber installation/repair** (preferred)
- Proficiency in fiber splicing, copper troubleshooting, and inside/outside wiring
- Understanding of **low-voltage systems** and networking
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- **Strong English** communication skills
