As we gear up for the **landscaping season**, we are looking for **motivated, hard-working individuals** to join our team as **General Landscaping & Property Maintenance Workers**. If you enjoy working outdoors, have an eye for detail, and are looking for a rewarding seasonal job with a great team, this is the opportunity for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside a technician to provide **landscaping and property maintenance services**.
- Assist with **lawn care tasks**, including mowing, trimming, edging, aerating, and fertilizing.
- Handle **mulching, weeding, planting, pruning, and garden bed maintenance**.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment such as **hedge trimmers, lawnmowers, weed eaters, and blowers**.
- Perform **pressure washing** for driveways, sidewalks, and building exteriors.
- Assist with **fence repairs, small-scale hardscaping, and other property maintenance duties**.
- Ensure all work is completed **efficiently, safely, and up to company standards**.
- Maintain equipment and keep tools and supplies organized.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality results.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work **outdoors in all weather conditions** (sun, rain, heat).
- Physically fit and able to **lift up to 50 lbs** and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable using **landscaping tools and power equipment** (training provided).
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in **landscaping, property maintenance, or lawn care** is an asset but not required.
