Key Responsibilities

As a **Parts Advisor**, you will:

- Maintain optimal inventory levels for truck and transport parts.
- Assist technicians and service advisors in securing required parts to complete work orders.
- Provide counter support for parts inquiries from shop technicians and walk-in customers.
- Offer phone support to customers regarding parts availability and orders.
- Occasionally deliver parts as required.
- Source non-stock parts for service jobs efficiently.
- Receive and stock parts for shop and service vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of pending orders and receipts.
- Prepare requisition orders to replenish inventory.
- Track and prepare parts invoices.
- Document and report discrepancies in the inventory system.

**Qualifications**:

- A **high school diploma** or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- **1-2+ years of experience** in the trucking or automotive industry.
- A minimum of 1-**2 years of experience** in a Parts Department.
- A valid **G License**.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to analyze and interpret basic parts department reports, perform internet searches, and utilize parts catalogs.

ODGLP

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
