**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Guests with an Authentic & Professional Service
- Be Knowledgeable of all Menu & Beverage Items
- Memorize Mildred’s Offerings & Material In-Order to Provide Guest’s with Accurate Information and Suggestions Regarding Product
- Accurately and Efficiently Run Food to Tables
- Communicate with Your Co-Workers to Ensure Product is Fully Stocked at the Beginning and End of Each Shift
- Maintain Clear & Concise Communication with Your Team Members
- Follow Inventory Management to Minimize Waste & Spoilage
- Ensure Tasks Are Completed with Precision & Efficiency
- Maintain a High Standard of Cleanliness and Organization
- Work to Build Strong Guest Relationships
- Ensure Workspace is Clean, Organized and Welcoming for Guests
- Support the Serving Team In-Order to Maintain Outstanding Service Through the Clearing & Resetting of Tables
- Ensure Food & Drink is Run to Tables in a Timely Manner
- Work to Maintain Stock of Take-Out Packaging
