We are seeking restaurant Assistant Managers for our multiple locations in Aylmer, Quebec.

You will be the assistant manager of a multi-million dollar business with 20-50 team members and supervisors needing your leadership. There are many roles / responsibilities that you will keep you busy, challenge your mind and creativity, develop your skills and keep you learning and, have a lot of fun along the way

You should have management experience, preferably in Food and Beverage. In addition to your leadership skills, you would possess the following qualities/skills:

- Self-motivated and performance driven
- Organizational and time management skills
- Possess strong communication/people skills
- Must be able to follow both Tim Hortons, and our organization's systems
- Embrace responsibility and be accountable for achieving target
- Be able to quickly identify and solve problems with efficiency
- Have a flexible schedule, in order to ensure that all times of the day are operating properly

Compensation is negotiable. Further detail into this will be provided later in the hiring process.

**Salary**: $39,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
