As a Food & Beverage Server at Branches, you will play a vital role in making our guests feel welcome, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. Whether you are serving our signature wood-fired pizzas, seasonal dishes, or indulgent desserts, your attention to detail and diligence will ensure we are above our high-quality standards. **Position**: We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Server for full-time and part time positions to work seasonally in our restaurant.

**What You Will Do**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and work area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using a POS system
- Upsell and promote menu items and specials
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

**What You Will Bring**:

- Valid Pro-Serve certification is required
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and preparation
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or kegs if required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
