What You’ll Be Doing:

- **Customer Service. **Greet customers warmly to create a welcoming environment and build rapport with customers to understand their preferences. Provide personalized assistance throughout the customer’s shopping experience and address product-related issues promptly and professionally.
- ** Product Knowledge and Merchandising. **Maintain a strong knowledge of products, features, and promotions to effectively communicate and drive sales.
- ** Store Presentation. **Ensure that store aisles and product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the overall customer experience.
- ** Follow Policies.** Follow all Famous Footwear policies and procedures, performing other duties as assigned.
