**JOB OVERVIEW**:Team Lead will be responsible for both daily cleaning and overseeing team members within a designated area. They will ensure a safe and professional work environment that fosters BEST culture, mission and values.

**LOCATION**: South Surrey, BC (Near Canada/USA Border Crossing)
**POSITION TYPE**:Part Time
**SHIFT DAYS/HOURS**:Sunday -Tuesday (7:00pm - 11:00pm) OR Wednesday - Saturday (7:00pm -11:00pm)

**The work location is near the USA/Canada Border Crossing and is not accessible by public transit. A vehicle is required.**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cleaning a variety of rooms, areas, and washrooms utilizing training and procedures.
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean windows and keep blinds dust free
- Take out and properly dispose garbage
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
- Monitor and report any repairs or required replacements

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods an asset. We are willing to train the right people.
- Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend
- Ability to lift, push and pull required load (up to 50lbs)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to pass Canadian Background Check & Reliability Check
- Access to reliable transportation
