Baker

**_Kerri’s Café and Bakery _**is looking for hardworking, energetic individuals to work Monday to Friday and possibly a weekend shift in a food service business in Westlock.**

Duties will include:

- Executing food and beverage menu recipes, preparing food ingredients, cleaning dishes, workspace and seating area.
- Using Point of Sale equipment, serving customers in person and over the phone
- Operating various pieces of kitchen equipment
- Consistently preparing ingredients to spec and ensuring items produced will be of the highest quality
- Ensuring safe food handling procedures are followed 100% of the time
- Following “clean as you go” mantra to ensure the kitchen is always clean and orderly

Attributes and Skills:

- Must be hardworking, energetic, and friendly
- Previous cooking, baking, beverage experience is an asset, but isn’t required. We will consider the right person with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- Can manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Must be in good physical condition (i.e. able to walk up and down stairs multiple times a day, carry heavy bags of flour and other groceries, etc) and able to be on your feet for long periods of time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
