**Your Role**
As a **Development Officer**:

- **Partnerships & Relations**, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining external collaborations. You will be responsible for initiating and coordinating activities that promote hearing health awareness and prevention, while supporting the marketing and visibility efforts of Les Centres Masliah.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with medical and corporate partners, with support from management.
- Identify new collaboration opportunities to promote hearing health.
- Organize and coordinate awareness, prevention, and screening activities.
- Participate in local meetings, events, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and visibility.
- Track activities and opportunities using internal management tools.
- Work with branch teams to centralize and structure local opportunities.

**Profile / Requirements**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, B2B relations, medical coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience or knowledge in medical/hearing health is an asset.
- Bilingual in French/English (essential).*
- Good command of office and digital tools (CRM experience is an asset).
- Autonomy, organizational skills, and proactivity.

**What We Offer**
- Competitive annual salary of $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience.
- Group insurance plan after 3 months (supplementary health, vision, disability, life).
- Participation in a collective RRSP with employer contribution.
- Stable Monday-to-Friday schedule, 40 hours per week.
- Occasional travel on the South Shore, North Shore, and Greater Montreal area, depending on events and meetings.
- *As part of our hearing healthcare services, employees interact directly with a diverse clientele, including elderly and vulnerable patients. Proficiency in French and English is essential to ensure clear, accurate, and empathetic communication with all patients, regardless of their preferred language._

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
