**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Assist in the procurement process by sourcing materials and negotiating pricing with vendors.
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage vendor performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Utilize live inventory platforms to track inventory levels, order status, and purchasing activities.
- Participate in the development of purchasing strategies that optimize cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
- Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy in pricing and specifications.
**Experience**
- A background in purchasing of apparel and promotional merchandise with Facilis Group software is highly desirable.
- Experience in vendor management, sourcing, and negotiation is a plus.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices will be beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Pay: From $19.46 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
