**Opportunity for a Full/Part Time Sales & Support Person in Vaudreuil-Dorion**

A local mobility software company is looking for an enthusiastic customer service/technical support person.

An excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team, offering a flexible schedule.

**Note: NO STUDENTS PLEASE as we are looking for a long term employee to join our team.**

**Skillset requirements**:

- Must be fully Bilingual.
- Previous experience in telecommunications/2-way radio or similar industry preferable.
- Must be familiar with mobile phone handsets Android +iOS and ability to problem solve.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- A willingness to learn something new every day.
- Experience with Simply Accounting and Sales Force would be advantageous.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain customer relationships
- Troubleshoot with technical support requests
- Identify new business opportunities, consultative selling
- Conduct presentations to customers via TEAMS meetings
- Data entry of expenses into Simply Accounting program

Immediate Start.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
