Now we’re looking for a **Produce Clerk** to join our **Aurora store**. This role requires a commitment of at least three shifts per week.

**What You’ll Do**
- Receive, stock, and rotate fresh produce while ensuring top quality
- Set up and maintain attractive, fully stocked displays
- Handle product damages and credits in line with company policy
- Support produce management with ordering, inventory, and waste tracking
- Maintain department cleanliness and follow all food safety standards
- Learn product locations to assist customers quickly and effectively
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and guiding product selection
- Collaborate with team members and support colleagues across the store as needed
- Follow company policies and procedures, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous produce, grocery, or food industry experience is an asset
- Food Safety Handlers Certification preferred
- Passion for food and a customer-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to take direction well
- A collaborative and adaptable team player
- Physically able to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in cooler environments (produce storage and cooler rooms)
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (minimum three shifts per week required)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

All entry-level retail and kitchen roles begin at minimum wage ($17.60/hr). Pay is negotiable based on experience.
