Bilton Welding and Manufacturing Ltd. is looking for an experienced **_Inside Sales/Estimator_** with a proven ability to develop accurate and competitive proposals for complex fabrication and manufacturing projects.

**Location**:Innisfail, Alberta **Schedule**:Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

**Your Role**:

- Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine work scope and estimate requirements.
- Create comprehensive cost estimates for conceptual, design-build, or general tender work, including takeoffs of the scope of work.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to prepare accurate and competitive proposals.
- Recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Manage client clarifications and ensure proposals are completed within customer-driven timelines.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- 5+ years of technical experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), CRM systems (Salesforce), and MRP/ERP software like M2M.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven time management and decision-making abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of estimation, project management, and manufacturing practices.
