Your role

As Distribution and Inventory Clerk, you will receive, distribute, store and deliver mail and/or packages.

Key tasks:
- Promptly meet client needs.- Control mailouts, shipments and transfers according to the established standards.- Keep inventory tracking systems up to date.

What you bring:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum six (6) months’ experience performing related duties

Skills:
- Knowledge of standards for receiving and processing mail and/or parcels- Knowledge of systems for tracking the circulation, storage and delivery of mail and/or parcels- Computer skills, including SAP and Google Workspace- Customer service skills- Punctuality and diligence- Ability to work in a busy environment with frequent interruptions and distractions- Experience operating a forklift is an asset- Able to lift heavy loads of up to 25 kg- Excellent command of French- Superior English-language skills is an asset- Interview- Computer skills test
