**The Role**

Bootlegger Shift Managers are a part of the store management team and help to lead all aspects of their store’s business. Shift Managers are responsible for supporting day to day store operations including achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall team leadership in the absence of their store manager or assistant manager. A Shift Manager is also responsible for providing amazing customer experiences and demonstrating strong selling skills.
- Ensure every customer receives outstanding customer service by following Bootlegger’s customer service program, Connect
- Drive customer loyalty by introducing Bootlegger’s loyalty program to all customers, our Bootlegger Card
- Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer focused sales associates
- Promote the Bootlegger brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values
- Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties, in conjunction with/or in the absence of management
- Participating in merchandising, marketing and visual presentation according to Bootlegger’s standards and directives
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
- Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
- Providing supervision to the store team; providing guidance, coaching, and training to your team so they can achieve great results

**The Right Fit**
- Experienced retail associate who is able to motivate, train and coach others to success
- Has excellent sales skills and is committed to ensuring amazing customer experiences
- Embodies Bootlegger’s values; passion, trust, growth, entrepreneurship, teamwork
- Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
- Has flexible availability; Shift Managers can work a combination of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
