**Who we need**
Right now, we are adding a Product Technician to our team in Hamilton. We need someone who is driven, adaptable and organized. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate who can work heads-down unboxing inventory, assemble equipment and can also liaise with our operations & sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain training and insights into our industry and to be part of our mission to make life accessible for all.
**Who you are**
You may have previous experience in a warehouse environment and understand how to process shipping and receiving, handle unboxing of goods, do some basic assembling, cleaning and shelving of equipment. You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and enjoy being involved in different aspects of a warehouse throughout the day. You are a self-starter and are a quick learner when it comes to new processes and technology. You want to be part of a team and a company that promotes from within, with opportunities to grow into a warehouse lead, service technician or move into a more client-facing role.
**What you will do**
Every mobility device we process is custom to our clients, as a result, we rely on our Warehouse Associate to play an integral role in keeping our operations running smoothly. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

Shipping, receiving and unboxing inventory. _**Working with our warehouse team you will be unboxing, assembling and putting away equipment. This will also include pulling inventory, packing custom orders and making sure deliveries are correct and undamaged.

Process mobility devices and equipment. _**You will ensure proper storage, cleaning, storage of physical assets in the warehouse. You may help tag, price, store, and organize mobility devices, parts and tools within the warehouse.
- **_
Basic repairs and installation._** With proper training, you will be making basic repairs, such as installing grab bars, floor to ceiling poles, replacing flat tires and assembling equipment on site and in the warehouse.

Deliveries. _**You will have to do the occasional delivery and pick up of equipment from clients homes and other facilities, all within Hamilton and the surrounding area, typically up to 2 hours driving distance.

Communicate._** You will collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to help ensure that the warehouse is organized and inventory is well managed.
**What you bring**

Education and Experience. _**You have a high school diploma and you may have 1 year of relevant experience in inventory handling or a general warehouse role.
- **_
Communication Skills. _**You can clearly and concisely communicate in person, over the phone or on paper. You can provide outstanding customer service to any visitors or vendors who may be entering the warehouse and in clients homes.

Flexibility._** You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously. You are a true team player but can still work on your own with little supervision. You are a fast learner who picks up new technologies and processes quickly.

Additional Must Have Requirements. _**You can lift up to fifty (50) pounds in order to move or repair equipment and devices. You have a Class 5 driver's license and a clean criminal background check and are bondable.
