**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to service calls, providing assistance to stranded motorists.
- Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation of towing equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on the status of their vehicle recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and any incidents that occur during towing operations.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate timely responses to calls.
- Utilize forklifts for loading and unloading vehicles when necessary.

**Experience**
- Proven mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and maintenance is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required for this position.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus, enhancing your ability to assist with vehicle handling.
