We are seeking a strategic and data-driven **Growth Operations Manager** to drive scalable growth for Meton.ai. In this role, you will optimize our operational processes, integrate cross-functional strategies, and identify opportunities to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention. **Key Responsibilities**

**Growth Strategy & Execution**
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute growth initiatives that align with business goals.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Implement data-driven strategies to expand Meton.ai’s reach to target audiences, including property owners, developers, and investors.

**Operational Optimization**
- Streamline operational workflows across sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Optimize CRM, marketing automation tools, and other platforms to enhance lead nurturing and user engagement.
- Monitor and improve funnel conversion rates through data analysis and testing.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics, offering actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards to visualize growth performance and share findings with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement learnings to improve campaign performance.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Partner with the product team to align growth initiatives with platform features and user needs.
- Work closely with marketing to design campaigns that attract and retain high-value users.
- Liaise with sales teams to ensure alignment on pipeline goals and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in growth operations, marketing operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment (startup experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, or data visualization platforms.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Ability to identify and prioritize impactful growth opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.

**Preferred Experience**
- Familiarity with the real estate or proptech industries is a significant advantage.
- Experience with AI-driven platforms or SaaS tools.
- Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and growth hacking techniques.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related fields. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
