**About the Role**

Canada CRS is seeking an experienced and motivated **Lead Installer** to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves overseeing installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining strict safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and according to specifications.
- Lead, train, and support a team of installers to deliver high-quality results.
- Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and materials for optimal performance on job sites.
- Perform mechanical tasks as needed, including appliance repairs, HVAC, plumbing, and welding.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents to execute installations accurately.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with company and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.

**Qualifications & Experience**

**Required**:

- Proven experience in installation or mechanical roles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.

**Preferred (Assets)**:

- Valid Ontario driver’s license.
- Gas Technician G2 certification.
- Air Conditioning & Refrigeration License (313D).
