Do you have an eye for detail and a strong desire to go above and beyond for each guest?

If so, we want to meet with you. The Scandinave Spa is hiring a Service Attendant.

The Service Attendant will perform a variety of service responsibilities, and cleaning duties to aid the Guest Services department in providing each and every guest with a pleasant, relaxing and memorable experience.

Our team is a big reason guests return often and share memories of their spa experience with others.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Always greet each and every guest with a warm smile and friendly welcome
- Keep the Reception, Lounge, and Bistro area tidy throughout your shift (i.e. tables/ counter tops are wiped, tidy magazines and fluff pillows)
- Clean locker rooms as needed (squeegee shower area, and deal with any other issues that arise in locker room). Remove used towels and robes. Restock products.
- Assist guests in the change room with problems unlocking lockers, directions/ navigation through the facility, general questions etc.
- Stock towels, robes, and water bottles at the front counter and shelves in the back room throughout the day
- Clean and maintain massage rooms in pavilion
- Make sure the reception and changeroom floors are clean and tidy
- Empty towel and robe drop bag often
- Clear tables in Bistro from Guest dishes
- Load and unload dishwasher, wash dishes as required
- Promote team work, and be a supportive teammate

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Ability to work a schedule which includes weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a similar service position is an asset
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive and professional attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and also independently
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time with some heavy lifting
