**Description of the roles we recruit for**: We are looking for motivated functional analysts to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Responsibilities in these roles typically include:

- Collaborating with business partners to develop requirements and manage product backlogs.
- Analyzing needs, defining appropriate functional solutions, and producing the required documentation.
- Guiding development teams and resolving functional issues to ensure the coherence of delivered solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for optimization and advising users on the evolution of IT systems.
- Developing testing strategies and participating in anomaly resolution, contributing to test automation.
- Six (6) years of relevant experience in functional analysis.
- Mastery of functional analysis concepts, problem-solving, and written communication.
- Knowledge of Java technologies, particularly REST APIs.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make quality decisions, and manage priorities with rigor.
- An analytical mindset, autonomy, and strong collaboration skills.
- **Asset**: Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- **Asset**: Experience in a hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) project context.
- **Asset**: Understanding of a specialized business domain, such as fraud management.
