Preference will be given to those with metal building/construction experience, but we are willing to train people who are willing to learn.

Builders may work the occasional weekend shift; we also offer away work that can span 3 weeks - this is where you get the big bucks

Metalex is a pay for performance company and will compensate workers accordingly:
Level 1 Builders starting at $18/hr

Level 2 Builders starting at $23/hr

Level 3 Builders starting at $31/hr

*all rates negotiable on experience, rate does not include potential bonuses*

**Salary**: $18.00-$31.00 per hour
