**Job Description**:

- Daily portfolio maintenance through processing lifecycle events and restructurings
- Review and set up of new securities or deals including any relevant attributes
- Provide reporting services to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide reporting and support to the client operations team during the billing cycle
- Support daily operations efforts to ensure SLAs are met in an efficient manner
- Conduct second reviews on setups and credit agreements for the operations team
- Ensure procedures are followed and controls maintained in compliance with company policy
- Deliver timely and accurate professional service to improve the client experience
- Participate in projects to enhance the overall service offering as they arise in projects to enhance the overall service offering as they arise

**Qualifications**:

- University or College business degree with a concentration in accounting or finance
- Operations experience with Syndicated or Private debt an asset
- Fund Financing operations experience would be advantageous for this role
- Fund accounting experience is an asset, but not required
- Good understanding of Syndicated or Private loans and their underlying principles
