**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Manager, Policy and Planning and working in close collaboration with the Director, Policy, Planning, Mental Health and Addictions Project Management Office and the Policy and Planning Team, the Project Manager support transformation and operations planning across the Mental Health and Addictions Program (MHAP) by overseeing large and/or complex projects comprised of dynamic and multi-disciplinary teams, from the design phase through to development, testing and implementation. The Project Manager works within a complex network of healthcare professionals, and has a matrix reporting relationship within the MHAP. They additionally collaborate across programs as required and support processes related to project prioritization. Further, the Project Manager provides project management education, training and development opportunities to Mental Health and Addictions staff so that smaller, lower complexity projects can be managed by others.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in consultancy services within private or public industry, project management, programs and services.
- Project Management Certification (PMP) required
- Master’s degree an asset, particularly in health administration, leadership, masters of business administration
- Knowledge and skills in the areas of Project Management methodologies
- Certified Health Executive (CHE) and/or Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) designation an asset
- Organizational change management certification an asset
- Project Management experience in a complex health care organizational environment preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in data analytics
- Excellent verbal, written communication and influencing skills
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours**:

- Permanent Full Time position; 75 hours biweekly
- Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM
- Travel to various sites across the province may be required

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$40.15 - $48.48 hourly
