Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to perform various tasks related to farming. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate a variety of tools and machinery.

**Duties**:

- Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, combines, and other farm machinery
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Use hand tools to perform tasks such as planting, weeding, and harvesting
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with other farm-related tasks as assigned

**Experience**:

- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
- Familiarity with farm machinery and power tools is a plus
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities

**Skills**:

- Ability to maintain and operate heavy machinery efficiently
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various tasks
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities
