The Service Delivery Division is responsible for regional delivery of services and programs that support positive and healthy outcomes for children, youth and their families. **The Role** The Team Assistant has a primary focus on providing day-to-day program support within the social services office. The Team Assistant reports to an Office Manager or Administrative Supervisor This position requires a greater job knowledge needed to provide program support in programs such as mental health, and Children and Youth with Support Needs. The team assistant in this busy mental health office plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for clients. By actively listening and responding with sensitivity, an empathetic office assistant can create a space where individuals feel respected and valued, fostering a sense of trust within the office. **Qualifications**: **Education and Experience Requirements** - Grade 12 graduation or equivalent. - A combination of three years of administrative support experience, education and/or training. - Experience providing client service. **About this Position**: This is a temporary opportunity until 11/28/2026, with the possibility of extension and/or the position becoming permanent.
