**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the smooth operation of a restaurant.
- Communicate with customers and ensure that their needs are met.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized.
- Manage the kitchen staff and keep them on task.
- Plan, prepare, and present food to customers.
- Serve food and drinks to customers at tables or in the bar area.
- Prepare checks for customers.
