Description du poste:

- Preparation des aliments
- Preparation des commandes
- Effectuer les taches d'ouverture et de fermeture

Horaire:
15h a 21h du Mardi au Samedi

**Duties**
- Prepare sushi rice and other ingredients according to established recipes and standards
- Roll sushi using various techniques, ensuring consistency in size and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and best practices in food handling
- Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations
- Experience in cooking or meal preparation is a plus
- Knowledge of sushi-making techniques and ingredients is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a passion for the food industry
