- Qualitest is seeking a Mobile Quality Engineering (QE) Analyst for a hybrid role in Vancouver (3 days onsite). This is a full-time position.
- Job Description:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, design automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable test solutions.
- Develop and enforce best practices for high-quality test engineering within the team.
- Partner with Software Engineers, UX/UI Designers, Quality Engineers, and Product Managers to deliver seamless, high-performing customer experiences that are intuitive and impactful.
- Participate in code reviews for automation scripts and provide guidance on automation best practices.
- Assist in identifying gaps and improvement opportunities within the agile team.
- Coordinate test-related activities to ensure timely project delivery, including identifying task dependencies, managing test schedules, creating test data, and utilizing test environments.
- Develop and track test metrics, providing regular, clear communication to key stakeholders.
- Nice to Have:

- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
- Familiarity with automation practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of IT SDLC processes, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
