Team Lead, Integration

WCLC is currently looking for a Team Lead, Integration Delivery in a newly established role, requiring a strong, hands-on leader with a background in technical development, specifically with APIs, Web Services, and Dell Boomi Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) platform, as well as Agile delivery practices. This role will lead a high-performing team responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining API-based solutions and integration patterns using the Boomi iPaaS. The Team Lead, Integration Delivery role reports to the Manager, Integration & Automation Services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate team activities within sprints
- Develop, create, maintain, monitor, and test integrations between systems on the iPaaS
- On-call rotation for production incidents
- Manage work intake and organize the team’s backlog
- Lead backlog grooming sessions with input from multiple business stakeholders
- Guide the team in making sound technical decisions
- Represent the team in project and initiative meetings
- Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and deliver project work on schedule
- Oversee implementation and improvement of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Monitor production environments and coordinate responses to incidents and outages
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and vendors integrating with WCLC services
- Ensure team adherence to security best practices
- Manage on-call rotations and ensure support coverage
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and proactive problem-solving
- Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members
- Align the team’s efforts with the platform vision and roadmap defined by leadership
**Required Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in integration and API design
- 2+ years of experience in a team lead or similar leadership role
- 2+ years of experience working in Agile and/or DevOps environments
- 2+ years of experience with Dell Boomi iPaaS
- Strong understanding of RESTful services and integration patterns
- Experience with Jira and Confluence would be an asset
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Familiarity with ReadyAPI or similar API testing tools
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
