Quik's Farm Ltd. is a wholesale cut flower grower based in Chilliwack, BC, with over 20 acres of indoor and 20 acres of seasonal outdoor growing space.

Quik’s Farm is geared towards the intense production of cut Chrysanthemums, Oriental Lilies, Alstroemeria, and other seasonal crops utilizing state-of-the-art growing systems and leading-edge technology to produce high quality products for our diverse customer base throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest USA.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
We are currently looking for a Shipping Receiving Coordinator, responsible for next duties:

- Work closely with logistics team, production, and warehouse to arrange inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain logistics department spreadsheets and report to appropriate departments as required
- Inspect and verify goods against invoices or other documents
- Liaise in maintaining a highly organized and effective work floor in the shipping department
- Ensure quality processes are being followed in order to meet established quality standards
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks as needed
- Perform in managing hard goods inventory between locations
- Organize truck drivers’ paperwork upon completion of loading operations
- Operate forklifts, pallet jack, or other materials-handling equipment
- Swamper role could be determined

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a Warehouse department
- Able to multi-task effectively and flexible
- Able to make decisions on the fly, boots on the ground approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Verbal and Written)
- Solid organizational, time management skills, and prioritization skills with an ability to respond to urgent matters quickly and work independently
- Computer skills and a keen eye for detail
- Flexible and willingness to work
- Forklift Operator Certification is required

**Work Hours and Benefits**:

- Regular work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 4:00pm (Occasionally Saturdays as needed)
- Cell Phone compensation TBD
- Access to Quik’s Farm Health and Wellness Spending Account after 3 months

This position may require you to work on Saturdays and statutory holidays. There will be no Sunday work.
