**General Nursery Labourer**

Canada’s premium cannabis nursery, Mother Labs Inc. is a mean, clean growing machine, supplying live cannabis in all stages for the people. We merge farming expertise with scientific innovation for the growth of clean, green cannabis plants with genetically precise traits for ultimate connoisseurs. We are not like other mothers.

This position reports to the Production Manager.

The general labourer is a valuable member to the Mother Labs Team, and has the opportunity to assist with all aspects of quality production. The labourer is a prep member, who will float from department to department with direction on the role /responsibilities as required. It is an exciting opportunity to learn all areas of the farm while working along side multiple teams. The position is entry level and could lead to careers in a more designated area as positions become available.

**Responsibility to the Mothership**:

- To work with fellow team members to produce and care for a high-quality product safely and efficiently.
- Aid in the manufacturing and prepping of all products
- Aid in the loading/unloading of scheduled deliveries
- Responsible for safely performing daily production tasks within scope of the division assigned to, which supports the growth and health of the plants overall. This role primarily focuses on maintaining high sanitation standards, prepping and maintaining plant material, and plant waste removal.
- Other production floor duties will be assigned by the Production Manager or team lead on a weekly or daily basis, depending on the need of customer orders and fellow colleague availability.

**Job Type**: Term Full time, with option to move to Permanent
