**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a motivated **Electrical Coordinator** to support our projects in **Sudbury, ON**. The key responsibilities of the Electrical Coordinator are; but not limited to;
- Issue RFQ's to vendors, source and procure material following Technica Procurement Code of Ethics.
- Facilitate shipping and receiving of electrical material. Verify material on packing slip aligns with material on requisitions. Package and label materials for shipment to sites.
- Review project SOW, TDOW, DWG's and Specs, prepare project-specific ITP's and ITR sheets.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate with site on material lead-times, material packaging and requirements, site visits, quality plan requirements and walkthroughs.
- Assist with the submission and documentation of electrical specific change orders, RFIs and shop drawings as required.
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients for stand-alone electrical projects as required.
- Assist with project proposals and attend site visits as required.
- Fabricate and assemble electrical panels in the shop as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years experience in electrical engineering studies
- Familiar with electrical construction and maintenance
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects
- Electrical background
- Excel experience is considered an asset
- Willing and able to undergo pre-employment testing as a condition of employment
